Custom silicone rings are tough, durable and ready to endure anything.If your ring gets damaged, cut, stretched, stuck in nuclear waste, eaten by a fish, or even LOST we will replace it. Our mission is to blow your mind and we'll go above and beyond to make you happy!

POSSIBLE LIFETIME WARRANTY SCENARIOS
A.Your Custom Silicone Ring ripped while pumping 2000 pounds of iron at the gym.
B.Your Custom Silicone Ring is too big and continues slipping off your finger.
C.You purchased your Custom Silicone Ring and your wife told you she prefers another color.
D.You have had your Your Custom Silicone Ring for two years, and when you was teaching your kiddo how to rock the monkey bars, your ring disappeared into the toddler abyss known as the sandbox.
E.You took off your paw-print engraved Custom Silicone Ring and your circus-trained bulldog ate it.

THE QUICK & DIRTY ON OUR NO LIFETIME WARRANTY
A.Within 1 year of purchase: Free replacement, free shipping for any kind of damage or defect.
B.After 1 year of purchase: Free replacement + $5.99 shipping/handling for any kind of damage or
defect.
C.If you lose your ring at any time: Free replacement + $5.99 shipping/handling.
E.Add a $10 engraving fee to the above scenarios for all custom engraved rings.

 

Style, Size, and Engraving Changes

As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Defective Items

If the product arrives defective, we will  re-engravingand and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with your text and order number. We will  re-engravingand your item and ship it to you within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer re-engravingand at no charge. Please fill out our contact form and include the text of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Return and exchange your items within fourteen days after receiving your order.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order before the product starts engraving, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you,If you need to cancel your order when the product has startted engraving, then we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the $10 customization fee.

If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product you received and our team will be able to determine the status of your return based on the information provided.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.


Exchange & Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with SKU label attached and accompanied by the order number. No returns are accepted after 14 days from when you receive. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for return.

All sales are final after 14 days from receipt.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
